Grouper Fillets with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes

First thaw the grouper fillets by placing the packet, submerged, in cold water.

Meanwhile, clean the asparagus and cherry tomatoes well and cut them into chunks. In a large skillet, over very low heat, heat 2 tablespoons of oil with two cloves of poached garlic and let go a few minutes. Add the pomdorni first, increasing the flame, followed by the asparagus. Let cook for five minutes and infie add the grouper fillets. Season with salt and pepper and let go for 10 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.

When cooked, turn off the heat and plate the zipper fillets with plenty of asparagus and cherry tomatoes. Add a little raw oil and a sprinkle of pepper. Serve piping hot.
