Ingredients

  • 1 package of mussel shell Meno30
  • 250ml Fresh cream
  • 1 white onion
  • Tuscan bread
  • Parsley
  • Curry
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste.
  • Pepper to taste.

Preparation

We put oil, chopped onion and a tiny bit of parsley in a pan.
We cook for about 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, we put the sliced bread in the oven to toast.
Let’s open the package of the still-frozen mussels and pour them into the pan.
Add curry and fresh cream and bring to a simmer with the lid on.

We go on to plate the mussels, completing the recipe with toasted bread soaked in cooking juices and a sprinkling of pepper.
